*Please note: National Holiday Week means rates that
apply in any week with a National Holiday, for example,
Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor
Day, Easter, and Independence Day. There is a seven night
minimum stay in a National Holiday week. Christmas and New
Year have to be booked together for a 14 night minimum.
If you would like to go ahead and make a reservation we will need a deposit equal to 25%. The payment can be made by check money order, or credit card.
Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for bookings (60 days for Christmas Season bookings).
A $1,000 refundable security deposit will be included in the total. The security deposit will be refunded back to you within 14 days after your departure.
